Discover the power of Female Balance in this immersive 2-hour online workshop, designed to help women or everyone with a cycle harmonize with their natural rhythms.
Explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle through a holistic approach that blends education, yoga, and sound healing. This course aims to deepen your connection to your body, mind, and emotions, guiding you towards balance and self-care.
Gain insights into the four phases of the female cycle—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Learn how each phase influences your energy, mood, and physical needs, and discover practical tips for honoring these natural rhythms in your daily life.
Tailored to the different phases of the menstrual cycle, this yoga session focuses on gentle, restorative poses to help you restore balance, reduce stress, and nurture your well-being. No prior yoga experience required.
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound healing session, using vibrations and frequencies that align with the body’s natural energies. The calming sounds will help release tension and promote emotional and physical harmony.
Share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with other women on their journey towards greater self-awareness and balance. This supportive space is open for open dialogue and exchange, also afterwards in special Telegram group.
By the end of this workshop, you'll leave feeling more in tune with your body, equipped with practical tools to nurture yourself through every phase of your cycle, and empowered to embrace your unique rhythm.
